The Maastricht Symposium is also organized for alumni and experienced hires. Participating is interesting for both alumni as students, since they get in contact with each other and the symposium addresses questions that are very interesting and relevant for both.
Contact between experienced hires and students is mutually beneficial since those who are working are confronted with fresh new thoughts of students and could possibly also recruit some suited candidates for their company. Students will have the possibility to learn from the experienced hires since each has a unique story about how he confronted the difficulties of finding a job and advancing within a big corporation or a social organization.
